1000 Liter Handwashing Cream Water And Oil Emulsifier Homogenizer Mixer
Quick Detail:
Description:
The Vacuum Emulsifier Homogenizer is a complete system for manufacturing viscous emulsion, dispersion and suspension in either small-scale or large-scale, Emulsions are prepared by adding one phase to the other over time, with one or both phases containing emulsifier, and applying shear. In some cases, one or both phases are heated prior to mixing to aid emulsification. The phases are mixed until the mean droplet size is within specification, Which can be used for a wide variety of material including, but not limited to: foods, herbs, papers, liquids, jells, powders, plastics resins, epoxies and many other parts and materials. The in-vacuum capability allows a large quantity of material to be mixed and degassed for enhanced performance.

The essence of the emulsification process is the process of breaking and refining large water clumps into micelles with micron-sized particles. The emulsifier and emulsifier work together to complete the emulsification process. Only by refining the water to micron-sized particles, the hydrogen bonds connecting the water molecules are connected with the diesel molecular chains to form a relatively stable emulsified structure. The size of water molecule micelles and the ionic force of hydrogen bonding determine whether the emulsion structure is stable. The emulsifier uses technical means such as vortex mixing, high shear, high-pressure homogenization, stirring, and ultrasonic to break and refine the water micelle, and also break and refine the diesel fuel and homogenize it to form an emulsified structure. Due to the viscosity inside the fluid, the force generated by the moving fluid layers is called shear force. Due to high-speed movement, shear force causes the fluid layer to form turbulent flow, which breaks the liquid interface. In practical applications, colloid mills, shear heads, high-pressure homogenizers, and jets form shear forces due to high-speed motion.
Application:
The Vacuum Emulsifier Homogenizer is a complete system for manufacturing viscous emulsion, dispersion and suspension in either small-scale or large-scale cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.
